take the lead
6 weeks | small group, virtual | $600
take charge of your own growth and challenge assumptions about your capacity to lead.
overview
this program begins from the premise that you're already a leader, and draws upon your talents and strengths so that you change your mindset and step into your capacity to lead. The program starts with establishing a baseline for your beliefs about leadership and how you see yourself as a leader before moving into five areas that make you a force. Most programs focus on the transfer of knowledge, and while you'll get resources and tools, take the lead challenges you to step into the arena so that you can break free from habits that might hold you back, test out some new behaviors, and build your network with others across industry and walks of life.

week 1
assess your baseline
get clear on where you are today in your leadership journey by revisiting your values, strengths, and leader identity. Test these by getting feedback on how you're perceived as a leader.
week 2
avoid the "i" in team
adjust your mindset to go from an individual contributor to a team contributor. It's possible to be an excellent team member and get ahead. Get tools for what to look out for in groups, how to manage team dynamics, and switch to a servant leader mentality.
week 3
disrupt your patterns
raise your awareness of patterns of communication that are counterproductive to your goals. Learn tricks for adjusting both your written and verbal messages, and elevate your status with those you're looking to influence.
week 4
organize your work
in the age of AI, working smarter will give you the edge in work and life. This week, learn and apply how to make technology work for you and avoid "fighting fires," "feeling too busy," or "being in the grind." Establish your system for peak productivity and feel as if you're "on top of it."
week 5
update your reference point
draw from your life experience to recalibrate your response to adversity, and unlock the resilient person you already are.
week 6
orient in the right direction
after (re) orienting in the direction you're headed, plot a path to get there. Audit your time, identify gaps in where you are versus where you'd like to be, and craft a plan of action to close that gap.
